Following earning his law degree from Rutgers-Camden School of Law, Mr. Foran has dedicated his entire career to the practice of Family Law. Mr. Foran had the unique opportunity to work for nearly two years as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael V. Cresitello and the Honorable Lawrence P. DeBello of Mercer County, where he gained invaluable experience in all aspects of family law ranging from domestic violence to divorce and custody.  After clerking Mr. Foran joined the law firm of Smedley and Lis where he handled motions and trials and was further able to develop his skills as a family law attorney.

Mr. Foran was born and raised in South Jersey where he continues to reside. He received his B.S. from Saint Joseph’s University in 2008 and remains active in the community. He is the co-chair for the Gloucester County Bar Association Family Law Committee and is a trustee for the Young Lawyers Division.
