More About Arnold & Arnold, LLP

At Arnold & Arnold, LLP, we have been helping our clients find creative solutions to their legal problems since 1994. Our attorneys each bring unique experience to the table, and we take a team approach to provide our clients with high-quality and professional legal representation in a variety of practice areas. Because litigation tends to be costly and time-consuming, we emphasize resolving problems outside of the courtroom. Negotiation, mediation and arbitration can be powerful methods to resolve disputes productively and collaboratively. Many of our clients come to us because they want to resolve legal conflicts without the adversarial approach that courtroom litigation can require.

Rich has been practicing law in Colorado since 1983. Rich practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, family law and divorce, construction disputes, and general civil litigation. Rich is a founding member of Arnold & Arnold, Attorneys at Law, LLP, having merged his practice with the practice of his wife, Jean Arnold, in 1994.

Rich has been in the private practice of law virtually his entire career, with a three and one-half year stint as in-house counsel for a large electrical construction company from 1987 to 1990. He began a solo practice in 1990 in Littleton, Colorado. That practice continues today as part of Arnold & Arnold, LLP.

Rich’s approach to the practice of law is to strive to provide responsive personal service to all clients, while balancing the often competing goals of financial success, highly competent legal services, and appropriate community service. Rich particularly enjoys the role of counselor to his clients, giving guidance and advice, as well as the personal satisfaction of successful courtroom advocacy.

Rich’s personal interests include golfing, skiing, hiking, biking, reading and music. He is involved in a variety of community service organizations including the St. Francis Center and Denver Urban Ministries where he has provided pro bono legal services 1991 -2017, twice earning the volunteer of the year award. Rich also is active the Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Methodist Church, many local church committees and choirs, and served as a board member for a variety of community and foundation organizations over the last twenty-five years.
