Jan M. Buescher is a skilled family law attorney in Mesa with more than 20 years of legal experience. As the founding attorney of Buescher Law Group, she regularly assists clients with a wide range of complicated and difficult family issues, including divorce, child support, parenting time, spousal support, and domestic violence. In every case she accepts, Attorney Buescher offers personalized legal guidance and aggressive representation tailored to her clients’ unique circumstances, needs, and goals. Attorney Buescher attended Arizona State University where she obtained her B.A., graduating magna cum laude in 1992. During her time in school, Attorney Buescher was the recipient of the Truman Young Fellowship (1996). She remained at Arizona State University for law school, earning her J.D. in 1997 before beginning her practice in the Arizona and U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. Prior to her practice in family law, Attorney Buescher worked as a prosecutor from 1997-1999 on behalf of the City of Mesa. In 2014, she was admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar and now regularly assists clients at courts of all levels throughout Arizona and the United States.
