Jennifer Neal Bardavid

Jennifer Neal Bardavid is an attorney within the law firm of Cacace, Tusch & Santagata. She earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2004, and also holds a B.A. in Professional Writing from Capital University, where she graduated cum laude.

She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York State Courts. Ms. Bardavid focuses her practice in the are of family law. She has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2018. Each year, no more than 2.5% are named to the Rising Star List; Super Lawyers Selection Process.

Ms. Bardavid has completed the Connecticut Judicial Branch Guardian Ad Litem/Attorney for the Minor Child Training. Ms. Bardavid also serves as a Co-Chair of the Fairfield County Bar Association's Family Law Committee.

Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at family law firms in Fairfield County, Connecticut and Rockland County, New York. Attorney Bardavid is a member of the Connecticut and Fairfield County Bar Associations.
