More About Law Office of Jeffrey T. Wilson

The practice of law is about people and how people deal with each other. For more than 30 years, I have been dedicated to helping small businesses and individuals. I like to solve problems. One of the ways I can help solve problems is to first clearly identity and discover the problem. Sometimes when a person is the subject of a problem, that person is incapable of analyzing what to do. I welcome the opportunity to talk with you and to discuss how I can be of service to you, even if that results merely in a clarity of thought as to how to solve problems. You are welcome to use my time in the way you wish, even as an independent “sounding board.”

Jeff Wilson has served the needs of businesses and individuals in Inland North County for more than three decades, having been admitted to the California Bar in 1977. The U.S. Navy brought him to the Miramar Air Station when the I-15 freeway North was only two lanes. His care for the area, in which he resides, was inspired from his attendance at the second annual July 4th Golf Car Parade down Rancho Bernardo Road in 1971, even before he attended law school.

A former President of the Chamber of Commerce and active in many volunteer organizations, he carries a wealth of experience in assisting the needs of families and businesses. He maintains a general civil practice with emphasis on creditor/debtor relations, business organizations, family law, real estate, and dispute resolution. His realm of experience lends itself to a “big picture” perspective, which is more often than not the way to find solutions to complex and inter-twined personal and business issues.

What, in a word, does Jeff Wilson have to distinguish himself from others? Experience. People don’t tolerate being categorized. Why should people’s problems be simplistically categorized? You certainly don’t need a “Jack of All Trades”, but you could use multi-disciplined experience, much like a construction supervisor manages trades, or a service manager controls car maintenance.

He has represented clients in San Diego, Orange, Riverside, Imperial, and Los Angeles County Superior Courts, as well as Southern, Central, and Northern Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts. He has participated in Administrative Hearings before the Department of Defense, Industrial Security Clearance Review; the Employment Development Department; the San Diego and Escondido Boards of Realtors; and the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
