Courtney Holm is a dedicated attorney passionate about the law and serving others. She has been assisting clients as an attorney for over twenty years in criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. Her well-rounded legal knowledge serves her clients well as an attorney and mediator.

Mediator 

Courtney became trained as a mediator in 2010 and has guided hundreds of parties through the mediation process to successful and practical resolutions created by the parties. Her skill in highlighting perspectives and listening to the needs of the parties creates a culture of cooperation and respect.

Community involvement 

Courtney is a former president of the Continental Divide Bar Association, a former Vice President for the 7th Region of the Colorado Bar Association, and is involved in many activities to support her community. She currently serves as the chair of the Judicial Performance Commission, as chair of the Berry Creek Metropolitan District, and as a delegate to the American Bar Assocation for the Colorado Bar Association. She also serves as the State Membership chair for the state of Colorado to the American Bar Association.

Courtney received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She has been practicing law in Colorado since 2002 and has had a wide area of practice to serve the needs of her mountain community and clients across Colorado. She is licensed in Colorado and Colorado Federal District Court.
