Mr. Lee is a trial attorney practicing in the areas of criminal defense, liquor licensing, and family law. Mr. Lee has tried over 100 trials to verdict and has represented numerous clients in administrative hearings throughout Colorado regarding the issuance and protection of liquor licenses. Mr. Lee represents clients in divorce proceedings, simple and complex, where marital assets range in value from modest to many millions of dollars. Mr. Lee has maintained an “AV” rating throughout his career in the Directory of Lawyers in the United States, published by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.

Mr. Lee has acquired extensive trial expertise through the prosecution of serious criminal cases including the capital murder case, People of the State of Colorado v. Nathan Dunlap. Since entering private practice in 1999, Mr. Lee has defended hundreds of clients in criminal prosecutions throughout the courts of Colorado. Mr. Lee has represented numerous restaurants, taverns, and grocery stores including national chains, Safeway and Applebees, as well as many local establishments in connection with all phases of liquor licensing from initial application through enforcement proceedings. Through years of experience practicing family law, Mr. Lee has developed the ability to assist clients in resolving the dissolution of their marriage quickly and fairly when appropriate, and zealously advocating his client’s interest when contested hearings occur.
