We believe that most cases can be settled quickly and inexpensively by negotiation, rather than litigation! Obviously, if Court litigation is necessary, the initial retainer will be higher. We will give you a definite retainer quote at the initial consultation so there will be no surprises!

About Our Firm

Our Law Firm was founded by attorney William J. Leininger in 1981. Mr. Leininger is a native New Yorker who graduated from Regis High School, St. Francis College and Fordham Law School.
